As I mentioned in my comment to that article, the JH7110 is not an ideal platform for a mobile device, since suspend to RAM is not supported.

It is a little hard to say since you seem to be using different pseudonyms on both sites.
Watching the 5 minute motherboard swap on the Framework laptop was amazing! I hope this catches on and we have a robust ecosystem for easily interchangeable laptop parts. I do wish this could be done for mobile phones as well.
Has Framework indicated when a finished RISC-V based product would be available? It doesn’t look like the article mentions this.

As I said in the article, the RISC-V board is not a Framework product. It is the first 3rd party motherboard for the machines.
It is nothing to do with Framework when it's ready.
